Good hotel, calm and clean. The included breakfast was also very good with a lovely coffee. The receptionists are good specially Alex who is very friendly and sympathetic. It would be better to see everybody and not only some people bringing back their empty cup and plates after the breakfast. I recommend this hotel for futur visitors.

I never arrived at this hotel, due healthy problems I must cancel my trip to Milano. They took me 100euro for nothing. They are not pliable and understandable for clients problems.

We stayed in the hotel for two days. The staff is very friendly. I must say that I was disappointed. There was no remote for the air conditioner in the room, when we asked for it at the reception, we got it. The room is very cold. The minibar is locked. The hygiene is at a bad level... The maid cleaned the room, but did not change the sheets. I got red spots and allergies all over my body. The blanket had no cover over it, and it stung the body. There was almost no hot water. There was a dog barking all night on the floor above us. Someone was running and making noise all day and all night. The advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the bus station. The center is very close. All in all, a big disappointment.🥹

Rooms are actually cleaned beatly everyday and the breakfast is surprising - warm fresh croissants is the best part. Also, area looks safe, 2min by foot to the closest tram station. However, some of the staff isn't welcoming; rooms should be renewed - broken toilet seat, broken fridge, holes in sheet covers, etc. The most unpleasant part is that to get the AC remote you have'd to pay daily - it is a necessity (during our stay the average temperature outside was 35°C) and not a comfort/convenience item that you can freely choose to pay for or not to pay.

A small hotel very close to the tram station, which can take you anywhere around Milan. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean, the bed comfy, the shower heat and pressure exactly what you’d need.

I have to admit that the rooms looked nicer in the pictures on Booking but everything was ok there. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was very comfortable for me. People on the reception were really nice to us and a breakfast was also delicious. The hotel fulfilled our expectation, it is a good accomodation not far from the centre and for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your services.
